*3% on schedule salary increase effective July 1, 2025 and .75% on schedule salary increase effective July 1, 2026
*Squaring of the salary schedule from step 15 down
*Add 35th year to longevity bonus
*Columns A, B, and C on the SLP salary schedule will be eliminated
*For unit members hired before July 1, 2024 the District's Health and Welfare allocation per full time member shall be based on the lowest priced family medical, Dental PPO, and Vision
