Aeries Reports for Hybrid

Hi GHS SGTA,

You can check out which of your students are scheduled to come back to hybrid or stay in distance learning by running a report in aeries.

The codes are:
VA for Virtual Academy - the kid stays in distance learning all year
HB for Hybrid - the kid wants to come to school when hybrid opens
DF for Default - the family has not responded to the survey

Here's how you get the report:
In Aeries: View All Reports
Choose Class Rosters
Attendance Roster: click the button "Add Fields to the Printout"
In the box, choose U9 (User 9)
Run the Report
