How Long Is My Work Day?:
Article VII Hours of Work B:
The normal daily onsite obligation of such personnel shall be seven and one half hours per day.

Teachers:
7.5 Hours, inclusive of their lunch period

Counselors and Librarians:
8 Hours, inclusive of their lunch period


Do I have to period sub if my principal asks? Yes! (Jefferson and Gabrielino Teachers)
Article VII Hour of Work E. In addition to assigned classroom teaching, unit members are expected to perform their other professional duties.



Do I have to attend Parent Information Night and other evening events? Yes!
