Dear SGUSD Staff,
 
I hope you are having a nice summer. Please see the attached notices regarding online Health Benefits Open Enrollment for the October 1, 2020 – September 30th, 2021 plan year. The Open Enrollment period for health benefits, flexible spending, and dependent daycare plans will be June 29th-July 10th. If you have a flexible spending or dependent daycare plan, you must enroll using the online system. Those plans do not roll over. If you have any questions about the plans or how to use the online system, please contact American Fidelity at the number listed in the flyer. If you have any questions for the district, please feel free to contact Carolina Martinez at [email protected] or call the district main line at (626) 451-5400.
