You're invited to join SEF for a full body workout! Pound with AJ King is taking place on Thursday, December 17, 2020 for an energizing rockstar workout. Designed for all fitness levels the Pound workout is perfect for letting loose, toning up and rockin' out providing you with a whole lot of fun all from the comfort of your own home!
Register today for this experience brought especially for you where you will engage with the instructor in this very special drumming class. Registration details are provided on the attached flier below. Space is limited and the class will be filled first come, first serve.
