Please wear blue or red to support our negotiations team. If you could, please take a photo with your department during collaboration time and email it to us. Photos of staff wearing union blue and red will be collected from all sites.

Dear Fellow SGTA Members:
Our Negotiations Team is opening bargaining with district administration on Wednesday, October 20th. 

They have requested that all SGTA members show their support by wearing their Blue SGTA t-shirts or wear Red for Ed!!!.

Our team has done their planning and fact-finding with surrounding districts. This will be the beginning of a long process, as we are looking at the language in our whole contract.

They will be sending out bargaining updates on a need-to-know basis. A general membership meeting will be held once they have reached a tentative agreement and all members will have an opportunity to vote and ratify our contract.

So let's make our negotiations team feel supported!
